I did not see any marking or labels on the existing

Thanks for reaching out! Your 4-Bar Hinge can be replaced with either our 36-021 standard duty Four-Bar Hinge or our 36-021HD heavy duty Four-Bar Hinge. Take a look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing hinge to determine which of these is the correct replacement.

These hinges are sold individually and both of them can be used for left handed and right handed applications; they cannot be mismatched.
