40-year old Sash Lock identification

Home Owner from Bothell, Washington
I have a 43-year old wood wrapped casement window made by Weathervane (in Seattle, Washington). One of the window locks broke. I think it might be a Swisco lock (maybe an 38-075). Attached are three photos: One is of a functioning lock in a working window. The other two are of the broken lock (top and bottom side). It is a bronze finish. I'm hoping to replace the lock with a screw-in replacement without needing to adjust anything in the window.

Hey there,

This window lock appears to be a closer match for the 38-144 Primary Casement Sash Lock. This lock is non-handed, so it can be used for both right and left handed applications. It is available in bronze.

The compatible keepers are the 38-276 and 38-277 Casement Sash Keepers. These are right and left handed.

Thank you. This was helpful. But the measurements don't match exactly. Here is a drawing of my part's measurements. Do you know of a part that matches these measurements more closely?

Hello,

Sure! Take a look at the 38-097 (LH) and 38-098 (RH) EntryGard Sash Locks. Carefully double check the specifications to determine if this is a better fit.

Both locks are compatible with the 38-079 Casement Sash Lock Keeper.
