Question

Windows were installed by Rottlund Homes, development in liner grove heights mn.  Townhouse. The window has hardware with a lever on the lower part of the frame and hardware without a lever on the upper part of the frame. In the frame is a slide rail with a hole in it ar each piece of hardware and the lower lever actuates both with that slide rail. Each piece of hardware has a pin that fits into the slide rail.
