Question

Two plastic parts are broken.
Each of these two parts is connected to either end of the spring.
It says " 32 5" "BSIN RR" on the channel.
One plastic part is marked "4610108".
But nothing is written on the other plastic part.
I want to buy both plastic parts.
Please tell me each part number

Based on what I see in these photos, my recommendation is the Series 795. This balance comes with the 15-195 closed-cam shoe by default but I'm not sure if this is what you have. We also sell the 15-195B with an open cam.

After determining which shoe you have, your next step should be to measure the metal channel to pick out the proper length. Then you will need to weigh the window sash on a scale to see which strength option is best. There's a chart under the product description on the Series 795 store page that will tell you what option you'll need based on the sash weight.

Keep in mind that the S795 installs at the top of the track using a screw tab. However, please let me know if yours uses a hook instead! We'll still be able to help but it will have to be a custom order.
