I need a pair of truth 46189 sash locks. They have a white plastic insert, NOT BLACK. Do not need keepers. Would like to reuse existing keepers.

Take a look at the 38-144 casement lock. The insert is black but the color is not a determining factor when looking for a compatible replacement part. As long as the dimensions on our product page match up to yours, you should be good to go. Thanks for posting!
