Question

I recently ordered (12) 15-194 (order# 1374302) and figured out they are close but not right. Hopefully the attached pictures will help identify my correct part.

Unfortunately, we don't have a replacement for your pivot shoe. The issue is the deep groove in the stem. Our only proven solution is to replace the entire balance with our Series 795.

Please note that the Series 795 comes with a 1-1/4" wide shoe by default, so you need to hold onto the 15-194 shoes you purchased and swap them out when you get the balances. The Series 795 also installs at the top of the jamb track using a screw-on clip.
