Hi, I'm sending pics of my window balance. It's 9/16" wide, 32" long.
The pulley number reads #10
The tilt pivot on the bottom reads PAT#4810108 (or could be #4610108).
Stamped on the metal balance is 32C.
Also, there are letters FB
Also letters BSI (or possibly BS1)
I'm attaching photos.
I'm looking for replacement parts.

Hello! We can replace this balance, but it will have to be a special order due to that hook at the top of the balance. Basically, we'll be setting you up with an S795-32 with a 15-194 bottom shoe and 15-198 top hook. We'd also be going with the 32C stamp, of course.
