#5.0 - 35, Spring Coil, clip/pivot shoe and plastic coil guard

Question

We have several windows with this same configuration and need replacement parts. We do not know who the manufacture is. The first image is the only sticker that I can find on a small window of the same manufacture as our large windows. Not sure which parts these are called, but any help you can give would be appreciated.

Thanks for posting. The pivot shoe closely resembles our 15-111. If that's a match, then I would also recommend our Series 160 coil spring and 15-150T cover, if you need it.
