Product Description

Triple coil spring holder support used in the Series 160 constant force balance window sash support system. This holder support has a closed top which will help prevent the build up dust and debris which could fall on the springs. Assemblies should be installed with a #8 pan head screw (not included). NOTE: Do not over tighten the screws as this could result in damage to the profile walls.

Helpful Tip!

This part does not include new fasteners. Do not throw away your original screws, you will need them for the installation of your new part.

Coils

I can only see a number 4 on one coil. Coils are 3/8" wide, coil holder is 1/2" wide. I am looking for the easiest way to replace this. Is there an all in one retrofit or do I need to replace these exact parts? It seems like there are 1/2" coils standard with the series 160 1/2" holder on this site, ... (cont.)

Balance Assembly for Simonton Double Hung Windows.
