I'm needing multiple new window balances as they are failing at our 100 unit apartment complex. There is no writing of any kind on the parts (no letters, no numbers).

It says Omega6.5 lb 35"

The only numbers found is on the coil and it says 4.5 pounds 33 inches

Looking to match which part i need. I watched a video and a guy was able to turn the gray part or lock and twist the actual part out. Didn't see how to Get this one outto actually measure it. The reason i was trying to replace them is because my window won't stay up. This happened when i had a cont ... (cont.)

The spring coil came out of the pivot shoe and we are not able to get it back

Hi, can you help me with finding the parts and instructions on how to replace these coil balances?

Window dont stay up

I can only see a number 4 on one coil. Coils are 3/8" wide, coil holder is 1/2" wide. I am looking for the easiest way to replace this. Is there an all in one retrofit or do I need to replace these exact parts? It seems like there are 1/2" coils standard with the series 160 1/2" holder on this site, ... (cont.)

the plastic cover of the spring coil broke. can i just buy this cover or do i need to replace the whole spring coil
