Thanks so much for reaching out to us. It's tough to make out what you have based on this photo, but I have a guess as to what this may be. Please review the following parts and let me know if they match up. I strongly recommend removing your assembly from the window to verify; you'll have to do so anyway to get the stamp off the old spring, so it's an unavoidable step in this process.

• 15-228 pivot shoe
• 1/2" deep Series 160 coil spring
• 15-150T triple spring support
