Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help with this, but we'll need more information to ID your balance. Can you show us a clear photo of the pivot shoe? Once we ID that, we can determine the proper coil balances. 

Thank you for the additional photos. Take a look at the 15-199, which uses the 1/2" S160 and 3/8" S165 coil springs. You'll have to measure the width of the old spring band to determine the best match. There should also be a weight code on the spring band. For new triple coil supports, see the 15-205 or 15-150T, depending on the coil spring width.

As for the tilt latch, take a look at the specifications for the 26-243 and 26-244 to see if they match what you need for this repair.
