Thanks for posting! The shoe you have is the 17/32" thick 15-199 Pivot Shoe. It is compatible with the 26-378 Pivot Bar.

For the coils springs, you'll need either the 1/2" wide S160-04 (uses 15-150T support) or the 3/8" wide S165-4 (uses 15-205 support). To determine which series is the correct match, you'll need confirm the width of your existing coils.

Also, be sure to check the other coils to ensure they are marked with a 4.
