Looking to replace coil balance for multiple window

Question

Hi there, I have a window that won't stay open because the coils have snapped. It has 3 coils per side on each window. The markings on the coil show 33" P # 3.5 5232208 on it. The cover at the top has markings patent #s 5.232.208 - 5.365.638 - 6.584.644 B2 FAS # 10246

Can you help me with the parts I need to fix the window?

Hello,

I can't be sure with the pivot sheo still installed, but you may have something like the 15-111. I'd suggest removing your original show to confirm the specifications below match yours.
