Hey there. Yes, the pivot shoe does look like the 15-228. This works with either the 1/2" thick Series 160 Coil Balance springs or the 3/8" wide 165 springs. The 1/2" springs use the 15-150T Support Cover; the 15-205 is used by the 3/8" springs. You'll ultimately need to remove the system and measure the spring thickness to determine what spring Series and coil covers you need. If the springs are not torn you could keep using them; otherwise they will need to be replaced also. Let me know if you have further questions.
