Hello. This part on my window broke and I don't know what it's called. I provided a picture of the NOT broken part with measuring tape. And the second picture is the one that is broken. I need advice on getting the broken part out as well. Thanks

The existing housing has become brittle has started to fall part (It has on at least 2 windows). This is my first repair. I replaced the coil springs and housing. Hi, I need replacement coils, shoe, and bar for my Simonton window. I attached the sticker on the window. There are two coils inside the housing and the coils are stamped top row 35 3.5 35 and bottom 232208 as best as I can make out. There also seemed to be a third coil on top of the shoe but below ...
