New Coil Balance

Question

I believe I need a new coil balance for my window.

I attached two pictures. The first one is a part (part # 801020) that would work, but is too tall. It is approx 4.5 inches tall.

The second picture is the part that is broken that I need to replace. The part # is partially broken off, but ends in 644 BS. This part I need is approximately 3.25 inches tall

Can you help?

Hi there!

I believe we can. Our 15-228 is my recommendation and the 1/2" Series 160 or 3/8" Series 165 are the compatible coil springs.

If the springs are 1/2" thick, see the 15-150D, 15-150T, or 15-150S depending on the number of springs used per side.

If the springs are 3/8" thick, see the 15-204, 15-205, and 15-206 depending on the number of springs used per side.
