Product Description

Double coil spring carrier support used in the Series 165 constant force balance window sash support system. Assemblies should be installed with a #8 pan-head screw (not included). NOTE: Do not over tighten the screws as this could result in damage to the profile walls.

Helpful Tip!

This part does not include new fasteners. Do not throw away your original screws, you will need them for the installation of your new part.

Balance Assembly and Tilt Latch

The spring is labeled with #4.0, 35", and a code that appears to be PA__2322, with the underscores illegible. I need to replace the balance assembly including spring and cover. I potentially need to replace the pivot shoe, as well. I also need to replace the tilt latch assembly. I have included a pi ... (cont.)

Tenant Property damage

Tenant move into this condo and tried to open one window and it was very difficult to move. Tenant caused damage trying to move it. I need help with fixing that window and potentially others.
