Counter Balance Replacement

Question

I have several cracked counter balances I need to replace. All counter balances have 3 coils in each. They are 11 cm tall and 3.5 cm wide. Could you tell me which product to purchase for the replacement?

Thank You

The piece shown here is the coil balance support. It appears to be a match for the 15-205 Coil Triple Support, which houses the 3/8" Wide Series 165 Coil Balance.

You'll need to look for stamps/markings on the coils to determine the correct coil weight options for the replacements. If there are none, please let me know the exact weight of the sash (the window the balances are supporting).

These are compatible with a few different coil balance shoes. That said, I'll need to see a photo of the existing shoe to determine the correct replacement match for it.

Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions.
