My window stopped working and I'd like to replace the parts. There are also two gaps in the top corner where parts are missing.

Thanks for your post! The balance shoe you have is the 15-199 Pivot Shoe. It should measure 17/32" thick but be sure to double check this when confirming the measurements. This 26-378 pivot bar is most commonly used with this shoe.

For the coil balance springs you'll need either the 1/2" Series 160 (uses the 15-150D double support) or the 3/8" wide Series 165 (uses the 15-204 dual support). To confirm the correct series, you'll need to measure the width of the coil.

Once you've confirmed the series, you'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the coils. This will help you to select the correct coil weight option. Please see the tutorial, tagged below, for a detailed explanation.

The cutouts at the top of the sash are made to house the tilt window latches. I believe you may need the 26-243A and 26-244A, but you'll need to find an existing latch to compare the specifications.

The specifications for all of the recommended hardware can be found on the website.
