Quick-Tilt Pivot Shoe Sash Carrier and Coil

Thanks for reaching out to us, Norm. We may be able to help with this project but we'll need more information. Your pivot shoe is too obscured by the window track. Can you remove an undamaged pivot shoe and show us a few photos along with the written-out thickness and width dimensions? The related video will show you how to remove your hardware using the cut out method.

The part in your first two photos here is the coil support. We'll need to see the pivot shoe, which the coils attach to, removed from the window for us to narrow down your options. 

Thank you kindly for the additional photos! We don't sell this exact shoe but have a look at the 15-191. This is designed to use the Series 160 coil springs. To determine the proper spring weights, you will have to weigh the window sash on a scale and divide its weight by the number of springs in the window. 

For new spring supports, see the 15-150D, 15-150T, or 15-150S depending on the number of springs used per side.
