The only numbers found is on the coil and it says 4.5 pounds 33 inches

Thanks for posting. Looks like you might have the 15-111 Pivot Shoe. For the coil spring, if it's 1/2" thick see the S160-04 4.5 pound spring. Let us know if you have questions.

What about the coil covers that goes with the spring

Assuming it is the 1/2" Series 160 springs, see the 15-150D Double Support or 15-150T triple supports.
