Thanks for reaching out. Your housing looks a lot like our 15-087 Coil Pivot Housing. Take a look at the dimensions and compare them to your original hardware to confirm that this is the correct replacement.

These are compatible with the Series 180 coil balances springs. To determine exactly which spring you need, you'll need to check the metal spring for any stamps/markings. If there are none or they are hard to make out, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the window and divide it by the number of coils in the window.

The mounting bracket is part 16-024.
