5.737.7.77 Balancing Spring Coil Rods

I am looking to replace a couple of balancing spring coil rods for my window. the pat number is 5.737.7.77 and it is 24.5 inches long from tip to tip, and the width of the T shaped shoe is 1 inch. the panel weights 24 lb. Pivot bar scew hole distance 5/8 inch ( from center to center). which product of your do I need to order

I'd be happy to make a recommendation, but I'm afraid we don't have enough information to go on. Would it be possible to see a photo of the balance itself? Given its size, I'd like to see a clear photo of the top and bottom ends, the pivot shoe, and the clip or hook at the end of the cord. If you also need the pivot bar, I'll need to see that as well. Thank you!
