5/8" Top Sash Guide

One of these snapped when removing the window for cleaning, sending the channel guide up like a shot! The windows were custom manufactured by a local source who is no longer in business. Do you have anything that might work in its place?

The guide is 1 3/4" long. Screw position is 1 1/2" from the top.
