Thanks for reaching out to us. Your handle is similar to our 82-086. However, I'm afraid you would have to buy one in white and another one in bronze since we don't offer alternating color options.

The 82-265 mortise lock comes to mind, which is compatible with the 82-249 keeper. I recommend you review the specifications for our parts to see if they align with your old hardware.
