Please help me find this pivot shoe

Question

this is Greg. We took another window apart to check on the shoe size and it has entirely different type shoes. I have attached pictures of the shoes from this window. We found t label on this window that says : "NFRC Amer. Weather Seal" My wife has been talking with you on these balances. My guess is someone previously replaced these balances with different ones that have the shoes.

Hard to tell based on this image. I recommend you look at our 15-129 and see if this is a match. You will have to carefully compare the dimensions on our site to your own hardware in order to confirm that they match.
