Hello! This looks an awful lot like our Series 140 coil balance assembly. Specifically, I think yours might be our S140-7. Two of these for one sash can carry 13 through 14.99 pounds, so as long as your sash falls in that range I think this would be a great match. Let me know your thoughts.
