795 channel balance with ribs?

Question

I had purchased the series 795 channel balance, along with a 15-194 shoe and matching pivot bars 26-021, but they didn't work in my customer's windows. I was buying the 19-043 balance hook when your service agent asked me to send him some pictures.
Now he says my balance is a hybrid, and you can do this as a custom. I need 16.
