82-005 sliding door handle

I want to turn the sliding door to one that be use with key.the hold size is a 4 15/16.

The 82-005 surface-mounted handle set can be used with the 82-306 keyed exterior handle that is sold separately. You would purchase both parts and use the 82-306 in place of the exterior handle that comes with the 82-005. Take a look and thanks for posting!
