82-265 concerns

I have received my order, but the mortise lock face plate is not the same. The one you sent has an mounting plate that is all in one with the lock face, and is brass in color. Mine has a removal plate and is white. (See photos). The mounting holes to the door on the new one line up, and I think the latches drop onto the same locations. Also the original does not have an anti slam pin like the new one. I do not know if this is a newer model. If so, does it come with the white faceplate?
The first 3 photos are the original, and the last photo is a side by side comparison to the new one. want to make sure that I have the correct one. Can you research to be sure. There are some differences. In addition , the brass plate is removable on the one you sent me, and you cannot switch out the white plate to the new one because it does not have the hole drilled for the anti slam pin. This Doorwall is only two years old , and now I cannot lock it

It seems that I have the same need as quick learner. The dimensions of the faceplate match the 82-265. One of my hooks will no longer disengage unless you beat it with a hammer. I think the 82-265 would fit but I'm concerned with additional key slot which my unit does not have. Both the latch and the key use the same slot . The original comes off a Lowes Reliabilt 72 x 80 sliding door. Mine also does not have the anti-slam feature but that would be welcomed.
