82-265 lock

Question

Just received my new lock, no problem installing. However the door jam part is not exactly the same fit. Could you please send me the part number for that piece so I can order and replace the jam receiver for this lock.

It sounds like you may be referring to the keeper that the mortise lock engages with. If so, see the 82-249 shown below, which is compatible with the 82-265 mortise lock that you purchased. Thank you!
