84-028 vs 84-075

Question

Are part nos.84-028 and 84-075 the same parts, plastic vs. steel? Also, is the price shown for a set of 2 rollers or are the rollers sold individually or in sets of 2, one set for top and one set for the bottom. Will the steel perform better than the plastic. Plastic does not seem to roll very easy. Thanks.

I believe these are interchangeable, yes. Both roller assemblies come with ball bearing wheels. Some people have found that the 84-075 steel ball bearing wheel seems to roll smoother, but if you are near a body of water, then the nylon 84-028 nylon wheel assembly will be a better choice. These parts are sold individually, not in pairs.
