Product Description

This Peachtree Door replacement roller is for sliding screen patio doors and features a metal housing with a steel concave ball-bearing wheel. Replace old sliding patio screen door rollers to help improve the ease of opening and closing the door. The wheel measures 1" in diameter and 1/4" thick. For the installation hole, (make sure spring is pushed out of the way) and use a #8 x 3/8" pan head screw, it will create threads as the screw is fastened.

Helpful Tip!

This part does not include new fasteners. Do not throw away your original screws, you will need them for the installation of your new part.

Good Idea!

The typical patio sliding screen door uses two roller assemblies, one on each bottom corner of the sliding door. We recommend replacing both sliding door rollers at the same time to prevent extra wear-and-tear to one new roller, which will have to work twice as hard when paired with an old roller.

I ordered the new steel rollers and installed them into our peachtree screen door. They appear to be working fine, except the door will not stay on the tracks when we move it. We cleaned the track and lubricated it with silicone lubricant, but it still jumps the track. Any suggestions? ... (cont.)
