Window channel balance 28C

Question

I have a window need new channel balance. It labeled as 28C.
I am guessing the proper channel is S380-29, and that based on weight I should get a set of Option 2830. However, the S385-29 seems also fit, I am not sure whether I should go with S380 or S385, what is the difference between two?Please see pictures.

Hello again, Yinghong! The difference between the Series 380 and Series 385 is the size of the bottom shoe; specifically, the depth. The Series 380 comes with the 15-005, which is 1" deep, while the Series 385 comes with the 15-004, which is 1-3/32" deep. Eyeballing yours, I think it may be the Series 380 but I would recommend measuring your shoe just to be sure.
