Thanks for posting. Given that your balances have a winged top and a winged, bottom they could be either our S380-28 or our S385-28. Although, you may want to make sure that the length you've confirmed is of only the metal channel. If the metal channel is not 28", you'll need a different balance length. Let me know if it differs.

To confirm which of these balances is the correct replacement, you'll need to confirm the measurement for the depth of your bottom shoe. Take a look at the diagram below to confirm.

Once you've determined the correct series, you'll need to confirm the stamp from the metal channel of the balance to select the correct stamp option. If there are no/stamps or markings on the metal channel or it does not match the ones on our website, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of your window, then use the chart below the product description for the correct balance to confirm the balance stamp.
