The balances on both sides are broken.The piece that attaches to the balance on both side of window sash is also broke.
This is the same on two windows in house.

Hi there!

Your pivot bar resembles our 26-241 but compare our dimensions with yours to confirm. I'm afraid I can't identify your pivot shoe from these pictures, however. Can you remove it from the window and show us?

Coil balance assembly and pivot shoe.. Bumper
I was asked to get the number on the coil. If it is not legible in the photo the number is: #4.5 35" PAT5232208

Thank you for the additional photos! I'm afraid I haven't come across this pivot shoe before so I'm going to forward this to one of our senior experts and get his thoughts. We will reach back out as soon as we have more information.

Looking at your photos, I recommend you take a look at our 15-228 pivot shoe along with the S160-4 4.5 pound coil spring, 15-148 bumper and 15-150D double spring support. The 26-241 pivot bar also works with this system. Look over our dimensions and compare them with yours to see what you think.
