Acan window balances

Question

there are 2 or 3 coils each side 2 screws 1 plastic cover/coil holder
1 pivot shoe

shoe are rusted and i tried to put coils back into position and they would drop below the coil holder cover when trying the window as seen in the photo

Hello! Please see our 15-111 pivot shoe, Series 160 coil spring, and 15-150D double coil support. I think this hardware matches up to what you have, but look them over and see what you think. You will need the stamp printed on your old spring to determine the best Series 160 option.
