To determine that this is the right fit for your patio door, carefully review and compare the dimensions below. You'll also want to be sure to double check that the thumb lever on your handle set is offset.
I am confident we can supply you with a compatible mortise lock. Although, it appears that your lock may be missing the compatible mortise lock. May I see the space on the door where the mortise lock gets installed to the door?
Thanks for providing the photo! I am unable to tell the measurement for the distance between the installation holes from the photo of the measuring tape but I believe our 82-265 should be the correct replacement lock for your door.
Be sure to double check the measurement for that installation hole spacing to confirm that this is the right fit.
