Alcoa window balances 1996

Looking to replace the balances. white plastic tube covers measure 34 3/4" and they seem to be 1/2' round. S600-35,

black

tip I believe are the balances.

Also

need the pivot shoes. I think they are 17/32.

the pics will help you to verify what I need.

Hi there,

You are correct in choosing a S600-35 black tip balance. Most Alcoa windows use our 15-046 pivot shoe. We need you to tilt in and remove the sash and take a photo of the whole pivot shoe, so we can be sure that this will work for your window. Thank you!

Here's the pic you requested. I have since my initial email pulled the balance. I'll order those, and the dimensions jibe on the pivots so I'll go ahead and order those also.
