Alenco Counter Balances

Question

?I have Alenco windows (hurricane rated) and need to replace a couple of counter balances because the plastic ends have broken. The number stamped on the channel is 3375 DX. I checked your website but did not see this part number listed. I have attached pictures of the broken balance as the remaining good counter balance is very difficult to take off due to the spring tension. Please advise me of price and availability. I need a few other window hardware components to order as well but need to know about this main component first.

Thanks for posting. We can replace this balance, but it has to be custom made due to its unique design. I just need you to confirm one thing. That hook in the second image, does it match our 62-105? Let me know if it does; if not, please send a closer picture. After that, I can write up a quote for you. I will need to know how many of these balances stamped 3375 you need. Many thanks.
