Alenco Windows

A home owner from Scottsdale Arizona says:
I have 20 Alenco windows that look like they have the same Channel Balance that you have in your video. Half of them are broken, both sides. I would like to replace them in all 20 windows. My home is was built in 1998. Do the Alenco windows use your Channel balances? Thanks, Bob

Paul from SWISCO responded:
Alenco has been known to use a few different kinds of balances. Your best bet is to carefully compare the nylon top and bottom ends to see if they match. I see you were looking at our S385-28, which comes with the 19-005 top and 15-004 bottom. As long as the style and measurements of your nylon ends match the 19-005 and 15-004, you should be fine.
