All 13 windows broken

Hi,

We bought a house 7 years ago and since then every window has stopped working, they won't stay up anymore. I'm not sure how to go about fixing the balance but I don't want to have to replace all of them if they can be easily fixed. Is there a local person who would be able to come out and fix them for me?

Thank you,

Jill

Thanks for posting, Jill! Before you try to replace any of your balances, you may want to try charging your existing hardware, first. That may be all you need! Please take a look at our Tilt-Window Spiral Balance Adjustment Guide for more information. You may also want to take a look at our 75-006 tilt-window charging tool, if you're interested.

Please also see our video tutorial on how to replace your spiral balance, which shows how to charge them.
