Thank you for reaching out to us. Our 15-177 pivot shoe can replace what you show here. The Series 152 coil springs are sold separately. The video below will go over how to pick the correct coil weights.
As for the pivot bar, the 26-457 comes to mind, but we recommend you confirm the specifications align with your old part.
