Alliance window replacement parts

Looking to replace security device on Alliance.

Also need to replace the part that the lower half of the window fits into that allows you to keep the open window in a locked position.

Good day! Your Alliance pivot shoe is our 15-177, which uses our Series 152 coil spring. The sash vent latch should be our 26-362. Please compare measurements and let us know if this will work.

I am looking for weatherseal for the bottom of the bottom sash on an Alliance window, I am not sure what product I need, but have attached the information on the particular window I have in photos attached. Can you point me in the right direction given this information? Thanks.

I'm afraid the sticker shown in your photos don't tell me anything about what weatherstripping is used on this window. However it does appear that you have a type of wool pile, which I see just above the sticker. We sell many different sizes, which you can see here. All you need to do is measure the original and reference our selection to see if we sell a match.
