Thanks for reaching out to us. Your pivot shoe is no longer available but take a look at the 15-177 which uses the Series 152 coil springs (sold separately). As for the tilt latch, take a look at the specifications of the 26-243 and 26-244 to see if they match what you need.

We can't be certain of the pivot bar since it's still installed in the window sash but you can start by taking a look at the 26-316, 26-446. and 26-457. Review the specifications and see how they compare with your old part.
