Almond Sliding Glass Door Handle replacement

Question

I am trying to figure out what handle and mortise lock combo will work with our sliding glass door. The lock has broken and the door will no longer lock. The handle with door lock appears to be the 82-086 but the dimensions are not exactly the same. Our handle measures 9.5 inches from top to bottom whereas the 82-086 is 8.5 inches. The mortise lock is the 82-265 based on the measurements. Are you able to help me locate the correct handle size, or if there is just a lock replacement part?

Hi Adrienne. I agree the 82-086 is the best match. The overall dimensions are not as important as the hole spacing and thumb lever/key lock positioning. These seem to match up; therefore the 82-086 should work. I agree the 82-265 Mortise Lock seems like a match. Let me know if you have further questions.
