Alpine window replacement part

I'm confident that we can replace your channel balance but we'll need to see the balance fully removed from the window to identify the correct replacement for you since the top and bottom nylon attachments need to match your new balances. Also, please confirm the length of the metal channel and the stamp number printed on the back of the balance. I'll associate a video to assist you with removal and installing your replacement. Thank you for the additional photos. Have a look at our S380-21 and S385-21. Depending on the 'depth' measurement of the bottom balance shoe will determine which of the two balances would make the better match. Whichever one chosen will use a 2040 option. 

If the measurement of your bottom balance shoe is 1-3/32", our S385-21 should work. Just have another look to confirm this is the correct balance for you.
