Thanks for reaching out to us! Your casement window operator reminds me of the 39-035 Truth Hardware Entrygard Dyad Window Operator. I am confident this is what you need, but be sure to double check the measurements.
I've tagged a few of the compatible covers and handles below. They are sold separately from the operator.
Are you referring to the arm marked with the 31272? If so, that arm is not attached directly to the operator, it is part of the window hinge. Please double check the design of your operator and compare the dimensions to determine if it is the right fit.
Regarding the hinge, if you are also looking to replace it, you may be able to use the 36-048 2-Bar Hinge Set. They may not be a direct match for your existing hinges, so you'll likely need to replace both the top and bottom at the same time. These can be used for left and right side applications.
