Please see our 15-177 pivot shoe and Series 152 coil spring. You will need the number printed on the old coil spring near the end in order to determine the best Series 152 option. We don't have the exact coil spring cover, but you should be able to use 15-150S spring cover.
I'm not as sure about the pivot bar. Yours is a little different. Can you give me the distance from the end that goes in the pivot shoe to the center of the screw hole used to install it?
